Amendment No.2 to Agreement with Nueces County Community Action Agency
("Contractor") and City of Corpus Christi, Texas ("City")
Whereas, the City and Contractor, with mailing address of 4760 Old Brownsville Road,
Corpus Christi, Texas 78405, executed an Agreement regarding services for Hurricane
Katrina evacuees ("Agreement"):
Now, therefore, the parties agree to amend the term of the agreement as follows:
1 The term of the agreement Section 8, is amended to read as follows:
"8 Term and Termination. Once approved by all Parties, this Agreement shall
continue until February 28, 2006. This Agreement may be terminated with or without
cause by either party upon one day's written notice to the non-terminating party."
2 This Amendment NO.2 takes effect upon execution by the City Manager.
3 All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged.
