AMENDMENT No.1

RINCON SA YOU DIVERSION PROJECT -
SALINITY AND FRESHWATER INFLOW MONITORING: 2005-2006
CONTRACT FOR SERVICES
The City of Corpus Christi, Texas, hereinafter called "City", and the Division of Nearshore Research
(DNR) at Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi, hereinafter called "DNR", hereby agree to the amendment of the
contract authorized by Motion No. 2005-345 on October 11 2005 as follows:
Ii SCOPE OF SERVICES
Section IIA TASKS is amended to add a sentence stating:
DNR will record and report conductivity for all monitoring stations
The Research Proposal attached as Exhibit A to the contract is amended so that DNR will record and report
conductivity for all monitoring stations.
