Amendment NO.1 to Agreement with EIG Texas Carroll Lane LLC dba Carroll Lane
Apartments ("Housing Provider") and City of Corpus Christi, Texas
Whereas. the City and Housing Provider executed an Agreement regarding housing for
Hurricane Katrina evacuees ("Agreement");
Now, therefore, the parties agree to amend the term of the agreement as follows:
1 The term of the agreement, Section 8, is amended to read as follows:
"8. Term and Termination. Once approved by all Parties, this Agreement shall
continue until February 28, 2006. This Agreement may be terminated with or without
cause by either party upon two months written notice to the non-terminating party."
2 This Amendment No 1 takes effect upon execution by the City Manager.
3 All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged.
