ThiS will confirm your employment by the City of Corpus Christi to represent the City
in the above matter
The work will include the follOWing services: review proposals, business models and
contract documents related to development of wi-fi network.
Your services will be performed at an hourly rate not to exceed $265. Services
above $25 000 require additional written authorization. Billing will be in tenths of an
hour and itemized. Expenses are also to be itemized and will be limited to
reasonable and customary charges. Billing will be submitted monthly to Laurie
Ledesma Alcala In the City Legal Department, and will be payable within 30 days of
receipt
Please indicate your acceptance by your signature below on the two originals
Included herein. Keep one of the originals and return the other to the City Attorney.
