3. Approving the purchase of one 25 ton folding - gooseneck trailer for the Gas
Division from Gulfside, Inc., based on low bid for the amount of $18,900,
and one 12 ton flat bed equipment trailer for the Water Division from B. D.
Holt, Inc., based on best bid for the amount of $7,798. Seven bid
invitations were issued and five bids were received. Funds were approved
in the 1985 -86 budget.
