HomeMy WebLinkAboutC2006-007 - 1/10/2006 - NA AMENDMENT No.1 RINCON SA YOU DIVERSION PROJECT: 2003-2004 CONTRACT FOR SERVICES The City of Corpus Christl, Texas, hereinafter called "City", and Alan Plummer Associates, Inc, hereinafter called "APAI", hereby agree to the following amendment of the contract approved by the City Council on September 30. 2003 by M2005-354' Activity IV. Assist with Nueces River Basin Feasibility Study is amended by the addition of the preparation of the Integrated Monitoring Plan for FY2006. Activity IV is amended to read: Activity IV. Assist with Nueces River Basin Feasibility Study · Provide technical support to the City for those aspects of the Nueces River Basin Feasibility Study (Feasibility Study) being performed by the USACE that relate to increasing inflows to the Delta. · Review and comment on the scope of work for the Feasibility Study; · Assist the City with written comments on the Study when requested; · Attend up to one workshop conducted by the USACE; · Assist in the development of materials to presented on behalf of the City at the workshop; · Review and commend on documents prepared by USACE subsequent to the workshops; and · Prepare and deliver the Integrated Monitoring Plan for FY2006. The preparation of the Integrated Monitoring Plan for FY2006 will be completed without an increase in the total authorized fee. The estimated fee of $7,000.00 for the preparation of the Integrated Monitoring Plan for FY2006 will be paid with remaining Activity IV fees All other terms and conditions of the September 30,2003 contract, as amended, between the City and APAI will remain In full force and effect J0-'~ .EPuardo Gararia, .E.
