P.E. hereinafter called "CONSULTANT', agree to the following amendment to the Contract for Professional Services for Power Street Storm Water Pump Station Rebuild Pump No.2 (Proiect No. 2230) ("PROJECT') as authorized and administratively amended by: Ori $7,500.00 $40,500.00 · In the original contract, Section 2. SCOPE OF WORK shall be modified by the addition of the following scope as described in the attached Exhibit "A": Access Entrance to Concrete Storm Inlet Box for the Standby Pumps and for Selection and Lavout · In the original contract Section 3. FEE shall be modified as shown in the attached Exhibit "B." A member of any board, commission or committee appointed by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas. "Employee". Any person employed by the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, either on a full or part time basis, but not as an independent contractor. "Firm". Any entity operated for economic gain, whether professional, industrial or commercial and whether established to produce or deal with a producf or service, including but not limited to, entities operated in the form of sole proprietorship, as self-employed person, partnership, corporation'd'oint stock company, joint venture, receivership or trust and entities which, for purposes of taxation, are treate as non-profit organizations.
