EXHIBIT "A-1 " TASK LIST shall be modified and to expand the Task List to
include the following:
Street Improvements
. In the draft Design Memorandum, the Engineer recommended the City install
curbSide bus stops, rather than bus turn-outs due to R.O.W constraints. However,
the City has requested that the Engineer design bus turn-outs in accordance with
Regional Transit Authority (R.T.A.) standards and incorporates that design into the
street improvement bid documents. Therefore, the Engineer will develop
construction plans, specifications and opinions of probable costs for construction of
three bus turn-outs along northbound Greenwood Drive, one (1) each near S.P.I.D.,
Trojan Drive, and West Point Drive.
Utility Adjustments
Wastewater
. Review existing plans and record drawings.
. Develop construction plans, traffic control plans, specifications and opinions of
probable costs for construction of approximately 400 additional linear feet of 8-
Inch diameter effluent force main within the Greenwood Drive right-of-way from
S.P I.D. and extending south to a tie-in point at the northern extent of the 1996 8-
Inch diameter effluent force main upgrade
Storm Water
. In Draft Design Memorandum, the Engineer recommended that the City perform
closed circuit televising on the existing storm water truck line (approximately
1400 ft) to allow for assessment of two design options, including Option A -
replacing the existing storm water trunk line with a new, larger capacity storm
water trunk and Option B - install a new smaller capacity trunk parallel to, and
connected with, the existing trunk. Option B is more cost effective, but requires
additional assessment of the condition of the existing storm water trunk line. The
Engineer will televise the existing reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) storm water
trunk line from Trojan Drive to Sycamore Drive (approximately 1400 liner feet of
pipe ranging in diameter from 30-inch to 42-inch). Based on the tapes the
Engineer will recommend and complete the associated design and construction
documents for Option A or B.

City and the Engineer will remain in full force and effect.
