SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO.1
THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 11-+'>-' day of
1: I ", , 200~~ by and between the CITY OF COURPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, whose
address is Department of Aviation, Director of Aviation, Corpus Christi International Airport,
1000 International Drive, Corpus Christi, Texas 78406, for itself or its successors, and assigns,
hereinafter referred to as Lessor, and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, represented by the
Federal Aviation Administration, hereinafter referred to as the Government, WITNESSETH,
That:
WHEREAS, on May 13, 2003 the parties hereto entered into Lease No. DTFA07-04-L-
00560 for the consideration and purposes more particularly stated in said lease; and,
WHEREAS, the Government has decommissioned the Visual Approach Slope Indicator
(V ASI) serving Runway 17 and has an operational need to acquire a land area for installation of
the Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI) at Corpus Christi International Airport; and,
WHEREAS, both parties agree to delete the reference to the V ASI and incorporate the
legal description and drawing for the required land area for the P API into this lease.
NOW, THEREFORE, effective February I, 2006, the parties hereto mutually agree to
amend the basic lease in the following particulars only, VIZ:
Under Article 1, the following change IS to be made::
a Delete all reference to the Runway 17 V ASlleased premises.
b Add the legal description and drawing for the P API serving Runway 17 as follows:

RUNWAY 17 PRECISION APPROACH PATH INDICATOR (PAPI)
A tract of land situated in Nueces County, Corpus Christi, Texas being more particularly
described as follows:
('ommencing at a point, the point of commencement (POC); located at the intersection of
the centerline of Runway 17 and Runway 17 threshold at the Corpus Christi International
Airport, Corpus Christi, Texas.
Thence SOD 53' 24" E, a distance of943.5 feet to a point;
Thence N 89006' 36" E, a distance of 122.5 feet to the point of beginning (POB);
Thence N 89006' 36" E, a distance of 170.5 feet to a point;
Thence S 00 53' 24" E, a distance of 22.7 feet to a point;
Thence S 45053' 24" E, a distance of71.3 feet to a point;
Thence N 440 06' 36" E, a distance of20.0 feet to a point;
Thence S 450 53' 24" E, a distance of 22.0 feet to a point;
Thence S 440 06' 36"W, a distance of 56.0 feet to a point;
Thence N 450 53' 24" W, a distance of 22.0 feet to a point;
Thence N 44006' 36" E, a distance of20.0 feet to a point;
Thence N 450 53' 24" W, a distance of 71.3 feet to a point;
Thence S 89006' 36" W, a distance of22.7 feet to a point;
Thence NOD 53' 24" W, a distance of 17.0 feet to a point;
Thence S 89006' 36" W, a distance of 136.5 feet to a point;
Thence NOD 53' 24" W, a distance of 17.0 feet to a POB;
and containing 0.15 acre of land more or less; situated on Corpus Christi International
Airport, Corpus Christi, Texas. Also includes the Right-of-Way to install and maintain
underground cable. Said land site is more particularly shown on FAA Drawing No. CRP-
D-PAPIl7-ROOl, dated October 20, 2005, identified as Exhibit "I", attached hereto and
made a part thereof.
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the basic lease are hereby ratified and except as
amended above shall be and remain the same.
