SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO.1
THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT, made and entered into this I~+- day of
r::.< ((vAt"1 ' 2005~by and between the CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, whose
address is Department of Aviation, Director of Aviation, Corpus Christi International Airport,
1000 International Drive, Corpus Christi, Texas 78406, for itself or its successors, and
assigns, hereinafter referred to as Lessor, and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,
represented by the Federal Aviation Administration, hereinafter referred to as the
Government, WITNESSETH, That:
WHEREAS, on February 24, 1998 the parties hereto entered into Lease No.
DTF A07 -98- L-O 1123 for the consideration and purposes more particularly stated in said
lease: and,
WHEREAS, the Government has decommissioned the Visual Approach Slope
Indicator (V ASI) serving Runways 13 and 31 and an operational need to acquire a land area
for lllstallation of a Precision Approach Path Indicators (P API) at Corpus Christi
International Airport, and,
WHEREAS, the both parties agree to delete the reference to the V ASI and
incorporate the legal description and drawing for the required land area for the P API into this
lease
NOW, THEREFORE, effective February 1,2006, the parties hereto mutually agree to
amend the basic lease in the following particulars only, VIZ:
Under Article I, the following change is to be made:
a. Delete all reference to the leased premises for the V ASI serving Runways 13 and
31.
b. Add the legal description and drawing for the P API serving Runways 13 and 31
as follows:

RUNWAY 13 PRECISION APPROACH PATH INDICATOR (PAP!)
A tract of land situated in Nueces County, Corpus Christi, Texas being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point, the point of commencement (POC); located at the
intersection of the centerline of Runway 13 and Runway 31 threshold at the Corpus
Christi International Airport, Corpus Christi, Texas.
Thence S 440 11' 24" E, a distance of964.5 feet to a point;
Thence N 450 48' 36" E, a distance of 122.5 feet to the point of beginning (POB);
Thence N 450 48' 36" E, a distance of 338.5 feet to a point;
Thence N 440 11' 24" W, a distance of20.0 feet to a point;
Thence N 450 48' 36" E, a distance of 55.0 feet to a point;
Thence S 440 11' 24" E, a distance of20.0 feet to a point;
Thence N 450 48' 36"E, a distance of 45.0 feet to a point;
Thence N 440 11' 24" W, a distance of20.0 feet to a point;
Thence N 450 48' 36" E, a distance of22.0 feet to a point;

"K", attached hereto and made a part thereof.

as amended above shall be and remain the same.
