All construction is to be done in a prudent and workmanlike manner. Together with the free ingress, egress and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, and Its franchisees to construct, service, repmr, maintain, inspect, lay, operate and keep public utility lines under, on and along said easement.
