THAT. L George J. Dolezal, a widower, (GRANTOR) of 9918 Leopard St., Corpus Christi,
'\Jueces County, Texas 78410 in consideration ofTEN AND NOll 00 DOLLARS ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, paid by the City of Corpus Christi, ("Grantee"), 1201
Leopard Street, Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas 78401, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, has conveyed, and does convey unto the City of Corpus Christi, a Texas Home Rule
municipal corporation, its successors and legal representatives, the free and uninterrupted use,
liberty, privilege, and easement of g01l1g in, on, over, under and along a certain tract of land
situated in Nueces County. Texas. and being described as follows:

EASEMENTS are attached and incorporated as Exhibits "A" and "B".

fogether with the free ingress, egress and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, for
the purpose of construction of the drainage improvements adjacent to the Premises.
SPECIAL PROVISIONS: The City of Corpus Christi agrees to restore the sprinkler system
and the land within the temporary construction easement to the same condition as existed
prior to construction. All construction is to be done in a prudent and workmanlike manner.
TO HA V E AND HOLD,'\LL AND SINGULAR, the rights and privileges aforesaid to the City of
Corpus Christi, Texas. its successors and legal representatives and assigns, for use as a Temporary
ConstructIOn Easement Jor so long as used for such purpose. This Temporary Construction
Easement automatically term1l1ates upon completion of the restoration of Grantor's land and
acceptance of the Leopard Street Roadside Safety Improvements Project, Phase, 1 by the City
\1anager of the City of Corpus Christi. Texas or his designee.
