purpose of construction ot utility improvements adjacent to the Premises.
SPECIAL PROVISIONS: Grantee agrees to restore the land within the Temporary
Construction Easement to the same condition as existed prior to construction.
TO HA VF AND TO HOLD, ALL A.ND SINGULAR, the rights and privileges aforesaid to the City
ufCorpus Christl, Texas, Its successors. legal representatives, and assigns for use as a Temporary
Construction Easement for so long as used for such purpose. This Temporary Construction
Easement automatIcally terminates upon completion of the restoration of Grantor's land and
acceptance of the Leopard Street Roadside Safety Improvments, Ph. 1 proiect by the City Manager of
the Cit, of Corpus Christi Texas or hiS designee.
