RATIFICATION AND AMENDMENT NO.3
TO CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The City of Corpus Christi, Texas hereinafter called "City", and GOLDSTON ENGINEERING.

3. Emergency Operations Inundation Mapping
,. EXHIBIT "A", SECTION 3. FEES, PART C. SUMMARY OF FEES shall be modified as
outlined in this Amendment in Exhibit "B".
All other terms and conditions of the August 28, 2001 contract between the City and Engineer,
and of any amendments to that contract, which are not specifically addressed herein shall
remain in full force and effect.

SmaU AlE Contract Request (Project Related Services)
Dear · Angel:
In response to ongoing City requests for work related to the subject project, request your
authorization and approval of a Small AlE Engineering contract agreement for previously
completed Storm Water Master Plan project related services as follows:
1. Oso Creek Steering Committee Presentation: Work performed included the preparation
and presentation made to the Oso Creek Steering Committee on March 28, 2005 that
provided a synopsis and status update of the Storm Water Master Plan Project. We
request compensation in the amount of $3,000 for our services (labor: 18 hours - Senior
Project Manager, 3 hours - Senior Engineer, 3 - hours Design Engineer and 6 hours -
Engineering Technician) associated with the presentation.
2. Bare Earth LiDAR for FIRM and FIS Update: Work performed included the data
reproduction and provision to a third party (URS Corporation) for ongoing FEMA study
of Nueces County. Work was completed on September 15, 2005. We request
compensation in the amount of $1,410 for our services (labor: 4 hours - Senior Project
Manager. 0.5 hours - Design Engineer. 11,75 hours - Engineering Technician and 0.25
hours - clerical).
3. Emergency Operations Inundation Mapping: Work performed included the development
and delivery (paper and electronic format) of inundation mapping for the North Beach
and Laguna Shores area of the City. Mapping exhibits were prepared for future
Emergency Operations use in planning Hurricane Preparedness and Evacuation
Response. Interim submittals and Staff review occurred in July and August. Inundation
mapping was accepted and completed on November 2, 2005. We request compensation
in the amount of $3,375 for our services (labor: 2.75 hours - Senior Project Manager, 2.5
hours - Design Engineer. 4) .25 hours- Engineering Technician, and 0.5 hours -
clerical).

DEFINITIONS

Board Member A member of any board, commission or committee appointed by the City Council of the City of
Corpus Christi, Texas
Employee. Any person employed by the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, either on a full or part time basis, but not as
an independent contractor.
Firm. Any entity operated for economic gain, whether professional, industrial or commercial and whether
established to produce or deal with a product or service, including but not limited to, entities operated in the form
of sole proprietorship, as self-employed person, partnership, corporation'd'oint stock company, joint venture,
receivership or trust and entities whicn, for purposes of taxation, are treate as non-profit organizations.
