AMENDMENT NO.3
TO CONTRACT FOR
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The City of Corpus Christi, Texas, hereinafter called "CITY", and Goldston Engineering Inc.,
hereinafter called "Consultant," agree to the following amendment to the Contract for Professional
Services for Leopard Street Roadside Safety Improvements, Phase 1 (Project No. 2208), as
authorized and administratively amended by:

An A4ditional Services Supplement 1 to Elhibit A-I, the lump sum budget anc;t a preliminary
p8l.'Cellayout sheet remain the same as previously submitted on November 14,2005. Thank you
