Street, Corpus Chnstl. Nueces County, Texas 78469-9277, the receipt of which is hereby
acknov.ledged. have conveyed, and do convey to the City of Corpus Christi, its successors and legal
representati ves, the tree and umnterrupted use, liberty, privilege, and easement of going in, on, over.
under and along a certam tract of land situated in Nueces County, Texas and being described as

rhls Temporary ConstructIon Easement automatically terminates upon completion of the
restoration of Grantor's land and acceptance of the Leopard Street Roadside Imp. Project
rQ 208 by the CIty Manager of the City of Corpus Christi or his designee.
Special Provisions:
(1) The City will replace and restore the land within the easement area to the same
condition as existed prior to construction.
(2) Kapok tree located in the front yard of the property will not be disturbed.
Together with the free I ngress, egress and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, for the
purpose of construction or drainage and utility improvements adjacent to the Premises.
The City of Corpus Christi, to the extent allowed by the Texas Constitution and Statutes, shall
mdemmfy and hold harmless the owner(s) from and against any and all liabilities, claims, demands
and causes of action at law or in equity. for loss, damage or mjury (including death) to all persons
dnd property so mjured or damaged as a result of the City's use of the subject property.
TO HA VE AND TO HOL D, ALL AND SINGULAR, the rights and privileges aforesaid to the City
of Corpus Christi. Texas, Its successors. legal representatives, and assigns for use as a Temporary
Construction Easement lor so long as used for such purpose.
