EXHIBIT "A", SECTION 3 FEES, PART C. SUMMARY OF FEES shall be modified. See Exhibit "C", Summary of Fees. All other terms and conditions of the February 25, 2003 contract between the City and Engineer, and of any amendments to that contract, which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full force and effect. TX 78469-9277 RE: Laguna Madre Plant Aeration System Rehabilitation City Project No. 7169 Project Inspector Proposal - Amendment Dear Mr. Escobar: We propose to provide Mr. Israel Segura as a full-time Project Inspector on the project. Currently he is working 20 hours/week. His rate is 55$/hr. The full-time project inspection for this project starts on March 6, 2006. The revised schedule is for Mr. Segura to work 20 hours/week for an additional 8 weeks. Attached is a revised Exhibit B. All other terms of our contract remain as is.
