Dear Mr. McKibben:
This letter amends the City's letter agreement of November 21,2005, to reflect
additional funds of$75,000.00. The new total for authorized services is $100,000.00.
Services above the new billing cap of $1 00,000.00 will not be paid unless additional
authorization is obtained before the services are rendered All other aspects of the
agreements wi 11 remain the same.
