Dear Mr. McKibben:
Thls letter amends the Citys letter agreement of November 21,2005, to reflect
additional funds of$75,000.00 The new total for authorized services is $100,000.00.
Services above the new billing cap of $1 00,000.00 will not be paid unless additional
authorization is obtained before the services are rendered. All other aspects of the
agreements will remain the same.
