Special Provisions: {I) The City will replace and restore the land within the easement area to the same or better condition as existed prior to construction. (2) The City and its Contractor will repair any damage done to the existing Westwood Shopping Center parking lot as a result of the construction of the Leopard St. Roadside Safety Imps. and Drainage Project. (3) No more than one driveway to the Westwood Shopping Center will be blocked to traffic at an) given time during construction.
