and valuable consideration, paid by the City of Corpus Christi, ("Grantee"), 1201 Leopard Street,
(:'orpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas 78401, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has
conveyed. and does convey unto the City of Corpus Christi, a Texas Home Rule municipal
corporation. its successors and legal representatives, the free and uninterrupted use, liberty,
privilege. and easement of going In, on. over, under and along a certain tract ofland situated in
Nueces County, Texas. and bemg described as follows:

Together ,,"ith the free mgress, egress and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, for
the purpose of construction of the drainage improvements adjacent to the Premises.
SPECIAL PROVISIONS:
Drivewav Replacement: The Cit) of Corpus Christi agrees to replace the existing
commercial driveway to the same or better condition than existed prior to construction.
Land: The City of Corpus Christi agrees to restore the land within the temporary
construction easement to the same or better condition. All construction is to be done in a
prudent and workmanlike manner.
TO HA VE AND HOLD,\LL AND SINGULAR, the rights and privileges aforesaid to the City of
Corpus Christl, Texas. Its successors and legal representatives and assigns, for use as a Temporary
ConstructIOn Easement I<Jr so long as used for such purpose. This Temporary Construction
Easement automatlcaily terminates upon completion of the restoration of Grantor's land and
acceptance of the Leopard Street Roadside Safety Improvements Project, Phase, 1 by the City
Manager of the City of Corpus Chnstl, Texas or hIS designee.
