ADDENDUM NO. ONE TO AGREEMENT
BETWEEN CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI AND PUBLIC TECHNOLOGY INSTITUTE
TO PERFORM PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES
This addendum IS to the Agreement entitled 'Agreement between the City of Corpus
Christi and Public Tecrnology Institute ("PTI") to perform professional consulting services for
AutcrTated Meter reading Year 1 system expansion dated September 1, 2005, ("Agreement"), a
cop,> cf which is attache(~ hereto
By mutual agreement and for consideration of additional mutual promises, the City and
PTI Wish to modify the i\greement to extend the time of the Agreement in accordance with the
tern,s conditions and reqUirements set forth below
'-)ectlon V B of the Agreement IS amended to read as follows
The tern, ot thiS Agreement shall be extended to August 31. 2006, unless terminated as
provided tor In the Agreement
The City and PTI agree that all other terms and conditions remain In full force and effect through
the term of the Agreement This Addendum No 1 IS effective on date of last signature.
