Re Amendment for Legal Services Agreement to represent the City of Corpus
Christi In legal proceeding in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern
District of Illinois, related to the City's contract with Resource Technology
Corporation
Dear Mr. Paioain:
This letter amends the City's Letter Agreement of February 10, 2005 to reflect
additional funds of $75,000,00, The new total for authorized services is
$95,000,00 The new total billing cap of $95,000.00 will not be paid unless
additional authorization is obtained before services are rendered. All other
aspects of the agreements will remain the same.

included herein Keep one of the originals and return the other to the City
