Assistant City Attorney ., , Page 1 of2 March 30, 2006 Rev. 1: April 3, 2006 DRAINAGE EASEMENT ST ATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF NUECES BEING A 14885 SQUARE FOOT DRAINAGE EASEMENT AND 20 FOOT WIDE TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT OUT OF LOT 1, BLOCK 14, CIMARRON CROSSING UNIT 5, A MAP OF wmCH IS RECORDED IN VOLUME 60, PAGE 14, OF THE MAP RECORDS OF NUECES COUNTY, TEXAS, TmS TRACT BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: Bearings are based on the Texas Coordinate System of 1983, South Zone, and referenced to the monumented east boundary line ofCimarron Crossing Unit 5. BEGINNING at a 5/8 inch iron rod with plastic cap stamped "Urban Engr., C.C.
