RATIFICATION AND AMENDMENT No.4
CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI
CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The City of Corpus Chnsti, a Texas home rule municipal corporation, P.O. Box 9277,
Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas 78469-9277 (City) acting through its duly authorized
City Manager or Designee (Director of Engineering Services) and Pierce Goodwin
Alexander and Unville (PGAL), Inc., a Texas corporation, 105 Decker Court, Suite 500,
Irving, Dallas County, Texas 75062. (Architect/Engineer - AlE), hereby agree to the
amendment of the Contract for Professional Services authorized by Motion No, 2004-224
on June 8 2004 and September 10. 2005 as follows
Exhibit A. 1-Scope of Services. A-Basic Services, 2-Design Phase amended by the
addition of Task p to read:
q design services necessary for open cutting of Taxiways A, B, 0 and E for storm
sewer crossing onginally specified to be bored. Work was associated with Change
Order No 7 and funds for the boring were deleted from the contractor's contract
pnce
Exhibit A, C Summary of Fees, Runway 13/31 Rehabilitation is amended by the addition of
$22,65800 for Basic Design Services for design services to open cut and repair of storm
water sewer crossings of Taxiways A. B, 0 and E for a restated total not to exceed fee
mclusive of all expenses of $1.415.508.00. Section C Summary of Fees is attached as
Exhibit A-4
All other terms and conditions of the June 8,2004 contract, as amended, between the City
and Consultant will remain in full force and effect
