No. 0509.00 Deer Mr. Escobar, We are submitting a fee proposal to provide additional services for the above project. We are reqJJesting increases in three categories - "Construction Phase, n "Construction Observation" and "Design Phase" (please refer to attached copy of Exhibit "A" noting these categories). We are basing the proposal on the anticipated construction time of 44 weeks. If construction extends beyond this time period, we reserve the right to request additional re-imbursements. As per your request, we reviewed and re-calculated the requirements for our projected level of services during the "Construction Phase" of the project and anticipate that we will be attending a greeter number of on-site meetings and pre-installation conferences because of the extensive and varied list of sub-contractor's and suppliers -- Additional Request $15,810.00. As per our discussions, we have re-calculated the requirements for our on site "Construction Observation Services." We request an additional fee of $38,660.00 to provide an average of 20 man hours per week during the 44 weeks of projected construction time. Our request for additional "Basic Services - Design Phase" for $7,370.00 covers our time expended preparing bid documents for the architectural alternates and co-ordination of the work for the civil engineering alternates Plasse refer to attached Fee Calculation Worksheet for details.
