CONTRACT TERMS shall be amended to include the following: "Consultant shall continue to provide a Project Inspector to provide construction inspection for 8 hours per day for 24 days at the rate of $130 per hour, for a lump sum fee of $24,960." · Schedule and Summary of Fees is amended as described in the attached Amendment No.1, Exhibit 'A."
