AMENDMENT NO.2

· In the onginal contract, Exhibit A - Task List, Section 2. CONTRACT TERMS shall be amended
to include the following: "Consultant shall provide a Project Inspector to provide
construction inspection and management an additional for 8 hours per day for 24 days at
the rate of $130 per hour, for a lump sum fee of $24,960."
· Schedule and Summary of Fees is amended as described in the attached Amendment No.2,
Exhibit 'A'
All other terms and conditions of the Contract and Amendments between the City and Consultant
will remain in full force and effect.

Dear Mr. Escobar:
We propose to continue to provide Mr. Phil Boehk as a Project Inspector on the project.
His rate is 130$;]rr. The schedule is tor Mr. Boehk to work 8 hours/day for 24 days for a
lump sum fee of $24,960. The time will begin on June 21, 2006 and end on July 25,
2006.
