rhis T L'mporary Construction Easement automatically terminates upon completion and acceptance of
the '\Jon h Beach <\rea [mpmvements project by the City Manager of the City of Corpus Christi or his
deslgncl:
SPECIAL PROVISIONS: The City of Corpus Christi agrees to restore the land within the
temporary construction easement to the same or better condition. All construction is to be done
in a prudent and workmanlike manner.
