Dear Joe:
We respectfully request a Non-Amount Change amendment to our contract for the above
referenced project. We request revision of wording 'Public Meetings' under Additional Services
to more accurately read 'Public, Staff, Facility Mgr., Consultant Mtgs. & Coordination'. Charges
for all such meetings were grouped under this heading.

DEFINITIONS

Bpard Member. A member of any board, commission or committee appointed by the City Council of the City of
Corpus Christi, Texas.
Etnpfc;>yee. Any person employed by the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, either on a full or part time basis, but not as
an Independent contractor.
Firm. Any entity operated for economic gain, whether professional, industrial or commercial and whether
ettablished to produce or deal with a product or service, including but not limited to, entities operated in the form
of sole proprietorship, as self-employed person, partnership, corporation, joint stock company, joint venture,
receivership or trust and entities whicll, for purposes of taxation, are treated as non-profit organizations.
Official. The Mayor, members of the City Council, City Managerj. Deputy City Manager, Assistant City Managers,
Department and Division Heads and Municipal Court Judges or the City of Corpus Christi, Texas.
Ownership Interest. Legal or equitable interest, whether actually or constructively held, in a firm, including when
such interest is held through an agent, trust, estate or holding entity. Constructively held refers to holaing or
control established througli voting frusts, proxies or special terms of venture or partnership agreements.
