ADDENDUM TO LEASE
[226 Enterprise Pkwy, Suite 104, Corpus Christi, Texas]
rhis Addendum to Lease is made this 25th day July, 2006 between Old Lipan, Ltd. as
I ,andlord, and City of Corpus Christi as Tenant regarding Landlord's property located at 226
Fnterprise Parkway, Suite 104, Corpus Christi, Texas which Tenant operates as Corpus Christi
'v1unicipal Juvenile Assessment Center The parties agree to amend the current lease between
the parties as follows
Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to an extension of current lease executed on September 1,
~W()3. Said lease ""ill extend for 3 (three) vears, commencing on August 1,2006 and expiring on
luly 31, 200lj
1 Rent is in the amount of $2,805.35 per month for 36 months.
1. Landlord agrees to impro\e Tenant's space at Suite 104 by September 30, 2006 as follows:
a I Replace existing door knoll on first interior door to Juvenile Assessment Center with a door
lever or loop handle.
h j Modify existing unisex hathroom by replacing existing lavatory and base with an accessible
wall mounted lavatory or pedestal for 5-ft maneuvering space. Lavatory rim should be no higher
than 34" from ground, with at least 29" from any pipes, and have paddle type faucet handles.
C) Modify existing unisex bathroom by raising toilet seat to 17-19 inches.
d) Regarding existing sign for corner designated parking space near Suite 112, raise sign on pole
by one foot to 60 inches from ground at sign's centerline for compliance.
c) Install "Van Accessible".,ign on either corner parking space at Suite 112 or Suite 10L
n Install an accessible parking space sign 60 inches from ground (sign's centerline) or replace
the sign for the corner space in front of Suite 112 with a sign with arrows identifying that the
SIgn is for both parking spaces by Suite 1 ] 2.
gJ Regarding existing parking space with curb ramp in front of Suite 101, mount sign 60 inches
from ground Isign's centerline) and stripe) 11 access aisle.
-+ All other tern1S and conditions of original lease regarding property at 226 Enterprise, Parkway,
Suite 104, Corpus Christi, Texas remain the same and in full effect.
5 This Addendum takes effect upon date of last signature.
