ADDENDUM TO LEASE
[226 Enterprise Pkwy, Suite 103, Corpus Christi, Texas]
This Addendum to Lease is made this 25th day July, 2006 between Old Lipan,
Ltd. as Landlord, and City of Corpus Christi as Tenant of Landlord's property located
at 226 Enterprise Parkvvay, Suite 103, Corpus Christi, Texas which Tenant operates as
Corpus Christi Municipal Juvenile Court. The parties agree to amend the current lease
between the parties as fo11O\vs:
1. Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to an extension of current lease executed on
September 1,2003. Said lease will extend for 3 (three) years, commencing on August 1,
2006 and expiring on July 3].2009.
2. Rent is in the amount of $2,686.60 per month for 36 months.
3. Landlord agrees to improve Tenant's space at Suite 103 by September 30, 2006 as
follows: a) Clean or replace carpet: b) switch sides of closet door so it opens from other
side; c) replace existing door knobs on men's and women's restrooms with accessible
door levers or loop handles.
4. A.11 other terms and conditions of original lease regarding property at 226 Enterprise,
Parkway, Suite 103, Corpus Christi, Texas remain the same and in full effect.
5. This Addendum takes effect upon date of last signature.
