AGREEMENT CONCERNING PAYMENT OF FUNDS
IN SUPPORT OF
Corpus Cbristi Safeplace House, Inc. dba The Wenholz House
rhe City of Corpus Christi (the ''City'') and Corpus Christi Safeplace House, Inc. dba The Wenholz
House (the "Contractor"). a Texas non profit corporation, make this Agreement concerning payment of funds
In support of the services provided by Contractor. The City and the Contractor agree:
i Tht, parties acknowledge that the Contractor has provided the citizens of Corpus Christi with housing and
addiction recovery services (the "'Programs").
~: The City will reimburse the Contmctor up to $1,333.00 for its costs to provide the Programs for the period
of August 1. 2006 through April 30,2007. Requests for reimbursement should be submitted to City
Secretary. 1201 Leopard Street. Corpus Christi. Texas 78401.
; The Contractor shall continue 10 provide housing and rehabilitation support for recovery from addiction
h IT the henefit the community.
4 The ContmctOT shall allow the City to review the books and records of the Contractor to monitor the
disposition ofthe funds paid under this Agreement. Such review of books and records would take place
during normal business hours of Contractor and may include an audit.
;; The CODtractor shall provide Programs in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and Local laws.
h. Should any audit or other review indicate that any City funds have been applied to uses other than
those herein stated without the express and prior written approval of the City Manager, or his designee,
(ontractor shall repay the City funds within 30 days written notice to Contractor.
"7 This Agreement may be amended at any time by written agreement of the City Manager and Contractor.
Noti<:es to the Contractor shall be addressed to: The Wenholz House, 1200 10th Street, Apt. 1, Corpus
{hristi. Texas 78404. This Agreement takes effect upon signature by City Manager.
