I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
A. PARAGRAPH B-7, PROSECUTION AND PROGRESS
ADD: New Paragraph B-7-l5, AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS
Funds are appropriated by the City, on a yearly basis. If
funds, for any reason, are not appropriated in any given
year, the City ~y direct suspension or termination of the
contract, If the Contractor is terminated or suspended
and the City requests remobilization at a later date, the
Contractor may request payment for demobilization
/remobilization costs, Such costs shall be addressed
through a change order to the contract.
Please acknowledge receipt of this addendum, in the appropriate place
on your PROPOSAL FORM.

are r..wed to be covered, and stating how a person may verify current coverage and report failure to
pro~ QCl)v~. This notice does not satisfY other posting requirements imposed by the Act or other
co~n rules. This notice must be printed with a title in at least 30 point bold type and text in at
least 119 point normal type, and shall be in both ~ngHc:h and Spanish and any other language common

This project consists of approximately 3,040 SF of repair/replacement measures for

The bids will be evaluated based on Total Base Bid subject to the availability of
funds.

A-l.' Schedule and Sequence of Construction
The Cont.ractor shall submit to the City Engineer a work plan based only on calendar
days. This plan must detail the schedule of work and must be submitted to the City
Engineer at least three (3) working days prior to the pre-construction meeting.
The plan must indicat.e the schedule of the following work items:
I Initial Schedule: Submit to t.he City Engineer three (3) days prior to the Pre-
Construction Meeting an initial Construction Progress Schedule for review.
2. Items to Include: Show complete sequence of construction by activity,

wires crossing the construction route and along the construction route. Contractor
