The TPWD Recreational TLlils Program. which administers the Texas Recreational Trails Fund (hereinafter
TRTF) made a\ailahle Ullder the "Jal1ill1al Recrl~ational Trails Act (hereinafter The Act), awards
reimbursement-type grams u eligible public entities and private organizations to be used on trails and trail-
related projects rc he eligible. the projcct must ha\e been planned and developed under existing federal
and state laws. ;md ail relate,! policies ;md administrative procedures; and

Project Developmenl and Glmt Reimhursl'ment Procedures, and Acquisition Project Procedures and by the
