This will confirm your employment by the City of Corpus Christi to represent
the City In the matter regarding Northside (Broadway) Wastewater Treatement
Plant in the TCEQ's Voluntary Clean-Up Program.
Your services will be performed at an hourly rate of $240.00. Services above
S 170,000.00 will require additional authorization. Billing will be submitted
monthly to Mary Kay Fischer in the City Legal Department, and will be payable
within 30 days of receipt. ThiS agreement is exclusive of any other agreement
between you and the City. Billings under separate agreements must be kept
separate
