2. Approval of specifications and authorization to receive bids for gas
meters and pressure correcting devices to be used by the Gas Divi-
sion. The term of this agreement will be twelve months with option
to extend for an additional twelve months, at the same terms and
conditions, subject to the approval of the supplier and the City
Manager or his designee. Estimated annual expenditure is $48,350.
