3. Approval of specifications and authorization to receive bids for
approximately 19,000 reams (500 sheets per ream) of paper, 26,000
sheets of cover stock and 2,260 reams of no- carbon required paper.
The term of this agreement will be twelve months with option to
extend for an additional twelve months, at the same terms and
conditions, subject to the approval of the supplier and the City
Manager or his designee. These items will be used for the Stationery
Stores inventory. Estimated annual expenditure is $46,000.
