SPECIAL PROVISIONS The elly of Corpus Chnsti agrees to construct anew fence along the east
boundary of the Access and UtIlity Easement The fence will be constructed from similar materials
and construction specifications. The new fence wi II be constructed prior to the removal of the
eXlstmg Jence All constructIOn IS to be done in a prudent and workmanlike manner.
Together with the free mgress. egress and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, and
Its franchisees for the purpose of access and to construct, service. repair, maintain, inspect, lay,
operate and keep public utility lines under, on and along said easement.
TO Hi\. V E AND 1 0 HOl D. ALL AND SINGULAR, the rights and privileges aforesaid to the City
of Corpus Christl. Texas. its successors. legal representatives, and franchisees for the use as an
ACCESS AND l JTILlT'r EASEMENT and right-of-way for so long as used for such purpose, and
if the use of said easement and ngll1 of way is ever abandoned. then the aforesaid rights and
privileges cease
