DECLARATIONS. 'CITY desires to engage "CONSULTANT" to provide services in connection with City's
project, described as follow Furman Avenue Develooment/Soohn Shoreline Sanitary Sewer Relief Line Project
(Project No. 7354) "Project"
L SCOPE OF WORK. "CONSULTANT" shall proVide services for the PROJECT in accordance with the
accompanying Letter. Scope of Services. and Fee attached as "Exhibit A". Soecial Services is amended to include
Public Meetina as follows:
. Meet with the City staff for the preparation of public meeting.
· Arrange the venue for the public meeting; coordinate with the property owners' representative.
· Prepare exhibits and documents pertaining to the project for the meeting in conjunction with the City
staff
· Organize the public meeting and answer questions from the property owners related to the wastewater
project
3 FEE. The "CITY" agrees to pay the "CONSULTANT" for services provided in accordance with Exhibit "A",
Scope of Services, and Fee under this AMENDMENT NO 1, a total fee not to exceed $6.410.00 (in figures), (Six
Thousl!fd Four Hundred Ten Dollars and Zero Cents) (in words), for a total restated fee not to exceed $31.387.00 (in
figures), (Thirty One Thousand Three Hundred Eiahty Seven Dollars and Zero/Cents (in words).

Maverick Engineering, Inc. is pleased to provide our engineering fee proposal for the
amendment to the above referenced proiect. Our proposed scope is as follows:
· Meet with the (,it\ staff for the preparation of public meeting.
· Arrange the venue for the puhlic meeting: coordinate with the property owners'
representative.
· Prepare exhibits and documents pertaining to the project for the meeting in conjunction
