That Crossroads Builders, a Texas General Partnership, ("GRANTOR") of 15414 Salt Cay,
Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas 78418, in consideration of One Dollar and no cents ($1) paid
to GRANTOR by the City of Corpus Christi ("GRANTEE"), a Texas Home Rule municipal
corporation, 1201 Leopard Street, Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas 78469-9277, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, has conveyed, and does convey to the City, its successors and legal
representatives the free and uninterrupted use, liberty, privilege, and easement of going in, on, over,
under and along a certain tract of land situated in Nueces County, Texas and being described as
follows. to-wit:
See the metes and bounds property description attached and incorporated
as "Exhiblt A"
Map shmving the location of the ACCESS EASEMENT is attached and
Il1corporated as "Exhibit B"
Together with the free ingress, egress and regress to and for the City for the purpose of having
ACCESS upon said tract and way for the public lIse.
TO HA VE AND TO HOLD, all and smgular, the rights and privileges aforesaid to the City, its
successors and legal representatives for the use as an ACCESS EASEMENT, for so long as used for
such purpose and if the use of said easement is ever abandoned, then the aforesaid rights and
privileges shall cease.

tile monumented right-of-way of Wooldridge Road.
