Renewal of the lease agreement with Jose F. Vela, Jr. for space
located at 105 North Ash, Bishop, Texas, which is used as a Title III
Nutrition Program meal site and social service center in the Senior
Community Services Program. The lease continues at $210 per month and
contains an option which will allow the City to renew the agreement
for an additional two years if desired. There are no other
significant changes to the existing agreement. Funds for the Program
come from Nueces County.
