1. Approving the following actions on the Gollihar Road Water Storage
Tank project:
a. The contract awarded to Peacock General Contractors on July 1,
1986, by Motion $M86 -0322, be annulled due to this firm's
inability to provide required performance and payment bonds for
the project.
b. The bid security of Peacock General Contractors be forfeited as
required.
C. A contract in the amount of $180,966 be awarded to the second low
bidder, Travis Industrial Painters, Inc. to repair and paint the
Gollihar Road Water Storage Tank.
This project will be funded from the Water Division Budget.
M86 -0356
