WHEREAS, the City o# Corpus Christi (City) and Julius Zdansky, Jr. {Lessee)
er~ered into a Farming Lease, authorized by Ordinance No. 025213, to ailow
fa~ning operations on 20.598 acres of land out of Lot 5, Section 8, Bohemian
Cc~ony Lands for a period of one (1) year beginning on November 1, 2002,
ret~ewab~ year to year for one (1) year terms; and
VI~iEREAS, the Lease expires October 31, 2006, and Lessee has requested in
writing to renew the Farming Lease for one year under the renewal clause;
N4W, THEREFORE, the Farming Lease between the City and the Lessee
authoriz~d by Ordinance No. 025213, is renewed for an additional one (1) year.
1. The t+erm of the Lease is extended from October 31, 2006, to October 31,
2007.
2. All other condifions and requirements of the Lease remain unchanged.
