KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
'THAT the City of Corpus Christi, ("Grantor"), a Texas municipal corporation of 1201 Leopard
Street, Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas 78469-9277 herein referred to as Grantor in
consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) paid by the City of Corpus Christi ("Grantee"), the receipt of
u-hich is hereby acknowledged, has conveyed , and does convey to the City of Corpus Christi, its
successors, assigns, and legal representatives, the free and uninterrupted use, liberty, privilege, and
easement of going in, on, over, under and along a certain tract of land situated in Nueces Count,
Texas and being described as follows
See the metes and bounds property description attached and incorporated as
"Exhibit A". (Premises)
Map showing the location of the DRAINAGE EASEMENT is attached and
incorporate~d as "Exhibit B". (Premises)
Together with the free ingress, egress and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, and its
franchisees, to construct, operate, repair and maintain streets, sidewalks, curbs, gutters and
appurtenances upon said Premises for the public use by foot, with automobiles, carts, carriages and
aI l other vehicles and all other means of transportation necessary or convenient at all times and in all
seasons in, along and upon said Premises, as well as to lay, operate, inspect, replace, repair, service
and maintain public utilitv lines, storm sewers, and franchised utility lines in, on, over, under and
along said Premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular, t~e nghts and privileges aforesaid to the City of
Corpus Christi, Texas, its successors, legal representatives, franchisees and the public, for the proper
use as public streets and utility easements for so long as used for such purposes, and if the use for
said easements and rights of way is ever abandoned, then the afaresaid rights and privileges cease.

BEING a Dr~tinage Easement containing 0.024 Acres (1,028.7 Sq. Ft.) of land out of Lot
26, Blo~k 6, Koolside Addition as recorded in Volume 13, Page 33 of the Map Records
of Nuec.es C~nty, Texas. This 0.024 Acre Tract being more particularly described by
metes ~nd bo~nds as follows:
CONIlVI'~NCING at a Point at the southeast corner of Lot 26, Block 6, Koolside Addition as recorded in
Volume 13, Page 33 of the Map Records of Nueces County, Texas;
~'HENC'E N02°46'00"E along the east boundary line of said Lot 26 a distance of 48.33' to the POINT OF
BEGIlVNING of this easement;
THENCE N87°Q6'44"W through said Lot 26, Block 6, a distance of 54.16' to a Point at the beginning of a
curve to the nght;
THENCE westerly along said curve having a radius of 103.01', a central angle of 17°21'42", an arc length
of 31.21' and a tangent distance of 15.73' to a Point on the east right-of-way line of Dorthy Street, a non-
tangent curve concave to the southeast with a chord of N57°14'36"E a distance of 28.51', being the west
corner of this easement;
THENCE northeasterly along said curve having a radius of 30.00', a central angle of 56°43'47", an arc
iength of 29.70' and a tangent distance of 16.20' to a Point on the south right-of-way line of Gollihar Road;
THENCE S61°56'44"E along the southerly right-of-way line of Gollihar Road a distance of 4.13' to a
Point on the beginning of a curve to the left;
THENCE southeasterly along said curve having a radius of 135.66', a central angle of 25°17'23", an arc
length of 59.88' and a tangent distance of 30.44' to a Point on the south right-of-way line of Gollihar Road;
THENCE S02°46'00"W along the west boundary line of Lot 25, Block 6 a distance of 6.67' to the POINT
AND PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.024 Acres (1,028.7 Sq. Ft.) of land.
Bearings are with reference to Plat of Koolside Addition as recorded in Volume 13, Page 33 of the Map
Records of Nueces County, Texas.
