CONTRACT FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES
The City of Corpus Christi, Texas, P O. Box 9277, Corpus Christi, Texas 78469-9277 hereinafter called
"City" and AGCM, Inc., 713 Colman Avenue, P. O. Box 2682, Corpus Christi, Texas 78403 hereinafter
called "Consultant", hereby agree to amendment of the contract approved on October 25, 2005 by Motion
No. M2005-375 as follows:
Section 4. Fee for Services Authorized is amended by the addition of construction observation services
through February of 2007. Table 1- Summary of Fees is amended to read:
