CCC Group, Inc. is pleased to present our proposal far the above referenced additional work. CCC Group Inc
will provide all necessary supervision, labor, equipment and materials for this work. This proposal is based on
the following scope of work.
Scope of Work
L Install a sanitary sewer vacuum system on Dock G as per the plans and specifications.
2. Install a sanitary sewer vacuum system on Dock H as per the plans and specifications.
We propose a Lump Sum Price of $ 34,315.00 for this additional work. We also propose a contract
completion c~ute extension of three weeks.
