SCOPE OF SERVICES, PART A. BASIC SERVICES shall be modified by the additional paragraph shown below: This amendment provides for an alternate design solution to resolve drainage problems at the Waldron/Glenoak intersection. The alternate design solution provides new inlets at the Waldron/Glenoak intersection and along Glenoak with new 42" & 36" RCP drainage pipe running west to the Van Galen Ditch upper reaches. This solution also replaces approximately 1,1 ~0 LF of sidewalk and replaces approximately 700 LF of existing 8" AC water line with new 8" PVC EXI~BIT A., SECTION 1. SCOPE OF SERVICES, PART B. ADDITIONAL SERVICES shall be mod#fied by the additional paragraphs shown below: 2. R(~1AI Acquisition Survev The A/E will review existing ROW and easements for Glenoak Drive between Waldron Road and the Van Galen Ditch to ascertain any conflicts and provide field ROW surveys and submit ROW parce! drawings and descriptions for the City's use in acquisition process. All work must comply with Category 1-A, Condition I specifications of the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors' Manua~ of Practice for Land Surveying in the State of Texas, Ninth Edition. All work must be tied to and conform with the City's Global Positioning System control network and comply with all TxDOT requirements as applicable. A/E Consultant will be required to perform all necessary deed research. The City will provide title commitments for each parcel to be acquired and will be used as the basis for the A/E deed research. Platting is not included. 13. Off~e Drainaste HvdroJet SUE Conduct hydro-exc~vation, pneumatic excavation, or probing with or without water jet assistance to identify underground utilities of record along Glenoak Drive between Waldron Roa~d and the Van Galen Ditch. The process will conform to subsurface utility engineering in accordance with ASCE Standard C-I, 38-02, and shall be in accordance with Section 1.e. of BasFC Services. EXH~tIT "A" SECTION 3. FEES, PART C. SUMMARY OF FEES shalt be modified by the attached Summary of Fees as shown in the attached Exhibit "A."
