Contract Au ust 21, 2001 Motion No. M2001-319 $89,700.00 In the onginal contract, Section II. SCOPE OF SERVICES shall be modified by the addition of the following scope as shown on the attached Exhibit "A-1" Task List. 1. Planning and Subdivision Platting a. Complete the construction improvements required, set property corners for the newly platted lots and submit the final plat. 2. Construction Phase The A/E will perForm contract administration during the construction phase. tnspection services will be provided by the City. ^ In the original contract, Section III. FEES AUTHORIZED shall be modified as shown on the attached Exhibit "A" for a total fee not to exceed $115,035.00 (in figures) One Hundred Fi~teen Thousand Thirty-Five Dollars and Zero Cents (in words), for a total restated fee not to exce~f $204,735.00 (in figures), Two Hundred Four Thousand Seven Hundred Thirtv- Five and Zero Cents (in words} Alf other terms and conditions of the August 21, 2001 contract between the City and Consultant will remain in full force and effect. NO. 1 EXHIBIT "A" Page 2 of 2 EXHIBIT A-1 CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS RODD FIELD VILLAGE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TASK LIST 1 Meet with Staff to identify project goals, timetables, and review existing water, wastewater, stree# and drainage issues, for project implementation. 2. Request and coordinate line locates of existing utilities in and around area. Update inventory of existing conditions, perform the required field investigations to define specific areas of concern and review all available master plans. 3 Provide staking on property corners as necessary to meet new plat conditions. 4 Provide necessary survey work (Additional Service) to locate existing utilities, structures, and streets. 5 Develop design plans to the City's format and specification documents incorporating all issues with relevant solutions and identifying to the best of the Engineer's knowledge all potential conflicts and offer solutions. 6 Develop a traffic control pfan to be incorporated in the final construction drawings to the City's format. 7 Develop technical specifications for the entire project to include all relevant standard City specifications and special provisions we~e warranted. 8 Provide project control and quality review of senior staff to insure project quality and completeness. 9 Deveiop project cost estimate, provide all submittals to the City and meet with staff to review draft submittals and final plans and make City requested amendments. 10. Prepare addenda, attend bid opening, review bids and provide recommendation to City. 11 Attend pre-construction meeting, review Contract Documents and respond to Contractor's questions. 12 Provide project administration services during construction (periodic visits to the project site) to insure compliance of Contractor with plans and specifications and, upon completion, make final inspections as well as an inspection after one year of comatetion for project warranty requirement. 13. Prepare record drawings based on Contractor's red line drawings. 14. Provide monthly status reports of progress to the City.
