8. Scheduling a public hearing to be held on August 28, 1986, by the
Director of Planning in the Committee Room, City Hall, 8:30 a.m., and
that a second public hearing be held on September 2, 1986, by the City
Council at 2:00 p.m., on the contractual annexation of a 22.95 acre
tract of land out of Lot 8, Section 19, Bohemian Colony Lands.
